| Flatmate Situation: The master bedroom comes with a superking sized bed, lovely new mattress, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x chest of drawers, 2 x built in wardrobes. 2 x overhaed storage inside built in wardrobes, 2 x bedside lamps, full length mirror, Sky Satellite connection with multiview facility, phone line. ensuite (shower only, kalndean flooring, cabinet, mirror, toilet, basin.)
The family bathroom only has a bath..I may put in a shower attachment if needed. The ensuite shower is eclusive for the master bedroom so I will sort this if needed.
The other 2 rooms are 1 small double and one single. I am interested in renting out either one or both of the rooms. The small double is very suitable for a young woman as my girlfriend michelle designed it beautifully. The single room is still a very good size. What is very important to me is that the house is well looked after, so I really want good trustworthy people there, a happy home! That way I will feel comfortable to leave a lot of the furnishings in place.
The lounge is large with 1 x 4 seater and 1 x 2 sofas, real oak wooden floor, large telly, satellite tv, phone line, 1 x telephone table, glass coffee table, magazine rack.
The oak floored reception room can be used as a dining room, office, or gym! I have a gym quality cross trainer, medicine ball, and punchbag! In the garage there is a dining table that can be put in instead..its down to the group what they want...
The kitchen is Oak again..with mock granite worktops, large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, (in Silver) and dishwasher (white) Gas hob and oven. There is a store room for the mops and vacuum etc..
Also there is a downstairs cloakroom/toilet.
The garden is quite large..there are tables, chairs, and a barbeque..
