| Flatmate Situation: This is a large room in our family home, we are seeking single occupancy although it is a double room. The house is located close to Truro College and Royal Conrwall hospital Treliske, the city is a 20 min. walk 'down hill' ! and the golf course is 2 mons away, as is the Tennis Club. You will share our family living space, so a friendly outgoing person with a good sense of humour is what we are seeking - we have a large lounge; conserveatory; family sized kitchen and large gardens. There is parking and access to wireless broadband. Our house is a little crazy at times, but that's fun itsn't it ? you can expect sunny barbecue's in summer and gatherings of friends in winter, you will have to come and meet us to find out more.

| Flatmate Situation: We have a double room on ground floor in a spacious detached house 5 miles from Truro. There is use of the shower room next door to bedroom as well as kitchen/utility use. Off road parking is usually available at the end of the short lane leading to house and there is also a regular bus service into Falmouth/Truro. We are situated within about 600yds from the Creek and there is a cycle route running through the village.
