| Flatmate Situation: Hi there! We are a gay male couple (26,38) looking to rent out one of our rooms to help with the credit crunch! (We currently have a lodger who will be moving out September-ish).
I work full time as a Team Manager for Healthcare and Pharmacy in a large pharmacy chain, and my partner is moving down from Hampshire in the next couple of weeks and will be Job hunting!
We are both very easy going, and although we both like a bit of piece and quiet and resting from a hard day at work, we do have time for fun, whether it’s entertaining at home for friends or going out once in a while.
The house is in a nice private and quiet area, and is on a direct bus route into the city centre, so we really do get the best of both worlds living here. Please get in touch if you want to know more!

| Flatmate Situation: Hello There Friend,
I have a spare room in a 3 bed house in Exwick area. Its a double bed, with at the moment, I have a single bed within it. There is a in-built single wardrobe as well within the room. Its a new house with all the facilities such as SKY+, Broadband Internet, Telephone, Washing Machine and other cooking appliances.
I am a hard working 8am-7pm person, with sometime away on touring. It has a huge low level garder, parking of 3 cars facility (avoid large vans and trailers). The house is in nice residential family environment, so would like some1 who is not of a big noice fan and loud rock music. Let me know if you want to arrange a viewing, or ask me to send the pictures. If you are student than you would be exempt from council tax, otherwise you have 2 share with me.
