| Flatmate Situation: Taken subject to signing of leases - large, newly furnished double room. Room has king-size bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, computer desk and chair. Bright and sunny on a quiet street, not overlooked. Rent is £310 per month (includes council tax).
Taken subject to signing of leases - fantastic studio in garden of shared house - includes own en-suite shower room. Studio would suit a couple. It has a double bed, bedside tables and COD. Large built in wardrobe, sofa. Lovely shower room. All newly decorated and furnished. Rent £500 per month (including council tax).
House has 2 other bedrooms, big, bright lounge, great kitchen-diner. Bathroom and downstairs loo.
Outside there is a big patio garden with flower borders. BBQ and garden furniture. Secure storage shed for bikes and surf boards.
Parking on drive plus plenty of parking on nice, quiet street. Handy for shops, train station (Penmere), Swanpool Beach and 15 minute walk into centre of Falmouth.
Added bonus - weekly cleaner to avoid those housework arguments!
