Lovely house in stunning village location with great village pub. just off the A37 so easy to get to town etc. inside there is a kitchen, all mod cons, sitting room, dining room, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom shower over bath. There are also two small dogs ( Cocker spaniels) at the property.
Huge garden with a fantastic sunny sitting room - really wonderful house! recently renovated

| Flatmate Situation: We are letting 4 rooms out in our victorian terraced property where tenants will share dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Tenants share electricity cost but rent will include council tax, gas central heating and water charges. Smallest room will let for £220; Middle room will let for £250 and 2 largest rooms will let for £280 per month. Individual rooms are unfurnished as we prefer tenants to supply own furniture but we will supply basics if a problem.

Single room is bright and to the front of the house with great views over Yeovil. Also with new carpet and magnolia walls, again can be painted if desired.
New bathroom with high power shower.
New quality kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Conservatory.
Wireless broadband.
Nice gardens front and rear.
Plenty of parking available on the road.
5 minutes walk from the Westland main gate.
I'm a 30 year old company director, ex Project Manager at Westland.
