| Flatmate Situation: A modern mid terraced house located in a quiet Cul-de-sac, within Celtic Horizons - Coedkernew. I am looking for a respectable and easy going person to rent the single bedroom. The room on offer has a single bed, carpeted floor and a build in wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped with, washer dryer, build in fridge freezer electric oven. There is also a downstairs toilet. Living room looks out onto a reasonable sized back garden. Rent only includes Gas, and water, which is on a meter. Phone Bill will be paid as required. Person will have access to the entire house, there is off road parking for your car.
Local amenities are close by – Asda’s store just a few minutes walk, post office located in the nearby Spar. There are two good places to have a meal / drink in the evenings. This location is within easy commuting distance of Cardiff and the surrounding areas

One lady occupant, (landlady) and one male lodger from Glasgow..both are friendly and laid back. the property is close to the local shops, and ameneties, and 10 minutes from the Newport town centre and railway station. The nearest pubs and newsagents are yards away. The room is nicely decorated and furnished with bed, desk etc (if required) has a widescreen TV, with sky connection and wireless broadband connection, bills are inclusive.
