Flatmate Situation: One double bedroom available within a three bed semi (one of the three bedrooms is a study / office), all newly decorated kitchen and bathroom refitted with all mod cons. The house also has a garden and fantastic views over Swansea Bay. You'd be sharing with one other - I'm the owner but I'd like to think that I'm pretty easy going and pretty sociable. Moving in date is negotiable within reason. I'm finishing off the car bay at the back but there is street parking at the front of the house. I'm looking for a professional ideally in their mid twenties to mid thirties, male or female who is reliable, friendly, tidy and easy going. The house is fully furnished so it should have everything you need but let me know if there is anything missing when you come and have a look. The rent is £270 per month by standing order, bills are not included but again we can talk about that when you have a look (shouldnt be too much). Flatmate Situation: Hi, my room is available to let immediatley. I'm a fun and friendly person looking for short or long term lease. I'm employed full time and spend most of my spare time outdoors walking and surfing. I have leased my room a few times and always had good feedback from tenants. Its a good sized bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, bookshelves etc. Newly decorated with sanded floor boards. Good size house with dinning and living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dryer etc. Large bathroom and big garden. Rent includes all bills. Five minute walk to centre of Morriston with local shops, library and amenities. Five minutes from J45 on motorway. And 15 minutes drive to centre of Swansea. I also have a very lovable bearded collie which is restricted to certain parts of the house.
