| Flatmate Situation: I'm Pete, 39 and currently renting a house in Mold - looking for someone to share the house and the rent (obviously!) - Room will be available with ensuite if required.
House has three bedrooms - with a double being available.
All mod cons are included - even a dishwasher which sadly isn't plugged in.
But there is a washing machine, 42" plasma, fridge freezer, DVD player, wireless broadband and plenty of wine glasses!
There's also a garage - but don't expect to park your car - its full of junk and of course bikes (I do the odd bit of mountain biking!)

| Flatmate Situation: There is me. Kate. Im 26. Im a singer songwriter...however i wont blow ur ears as i go away to record! I work most days and love travelling. My brother is Damien. Not an omen child. Funny, laid back and leave all teh cleaning to me! I think i have ocd. Good for potential lodgers as you will have clean residence. We have a large drive so off road parking is no problem for you. We have a large back garden and a porta cabin in the back which is negotiable for use for office space or storage etc.
The house is newly painted and fresh. We live in Buckley which is less than an hour away from Liverpool,Manchester, Chester, Wrexham etc. There is a large supermarket acrros the road. A nightclub 300 yards away. 15 pubs in the town and transport links close by for buses, trains and taxis.

| Flatmate Situation: Lodger would have own bedroom, lounge, kitchen and toilet.All fully furnished. Only bathroom is shared. Very clean and ideally located for Wrexham and Chester. I work Mon - Fri 9-5 and would live above. Would prefer someone 30+ but everyone considered.

The bus passes the house every half hour during the day.
