Flatmate Situation:
Large, spacious & newly refurbished double bedrooms are up for grabs. If you are looking for a cheap, newly refurbish, safe place to rent, then as cheesy as it sound, well look no further. The house is near enough from the City Centre but far enough so you are not hit with ridiculous city centre surcharges. It takes approximately 15-20mins to walk to town, which is about 4 bus stop away, which makes Taxi rides back home after a night out in the city no more than a fiver. It's about 5mins walk from the Jewellery Quarter. Furthermore, there is a mini shopping centre down the road for all those essentials and a regular bus service.
The house has a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and also an extra separate toilet room. Essentials in the kitchen is provided, /fridge/kettle/washing machine/ toaster etc…. The house has central heating and double-glazing windows. In addition, a large spacious kitchen with dining table and a spacious garden for those barbeque moments.
The entire house has only been refurbished recently. Most landlords will charge you all-inclusive price including bills and the gas, electric and water charge in the monthly charge is more than enough to cover the cost just in case the tenant waste energy. The rent includes all bills such as water, communal TV licence, plus wireless broadband, except gas, electricity. I will require everyone in the house to pay £6.25 per week, which is £27 per month for the entire household to go towards the gas and electricity bill, which should be sufficient enough. At the end of every 3 months we will see how much the bill actually cost and I should reimburse you the difference to ensure you are rewarded for not wasting energy. Why should you pay more if you haven’t used it, especially as there is only 2 people living in the house? All in all it is a bargain will which is a good bargain.
Other Tennant: Three is only one person living here and his is a 26 year old professional male working. Originally from Manchester, studies in London and recently moved to Birmingham. His a social person who is easy to get along with but because of a hectic work schedule sometimes during the week he enjoys just spending peace and quiet time to unwind for the following day. Therefore, he would like a housemate who is working too or just someone who is level headed. He enjoys going out for a meal, sightseeing, cinema, playing on his PlayStation, basically stuff young men do.
