Need preferably a student going into their second year. We are welsh and chinese, law and business students. We like a night out out on the weekend...we are students after all. However we aren't big ravers or anything. Very clean people.
The house is a 4 bedroom house but the 4th room is very small so not offering that as an option.
We will need a £75 deposit ASAP
The room will be £65 pw and we have worked out with bills you would be paying approx £75 pw.
You can move in from july but if your a student like us it is half rent for July and August.
Its a nice quiet are with front and back gardens. It has 3 large double rooms and a large living room.
The property is having a new bathroom fitted and hopefully laminated flooring throughout.
