I have several properties including my own residence to let with a variety of rooms at different prices. The properties are located in North West Birmingham just outside the Jewellery Quarter and have a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The houses all feature excellent decoration and good build quality, they are just 2 years old. All the furniture and fittings are in excellent condition. Transport links are very good with the 101 bus taking 12-15 minutes to the city centre and Snowhill station. The Jewellery quarter is 7 minutes away. Two of the properties feature canalside views and there is a park right next to the development. It takes just over 5 minutes by car to the centre. Links to Aston Uni are v.good.
All bills are included Gas, Elec, Water, council tax, btline rental, wireless internet, tv license and freeview / sky tv. The deposit is held in the Government accredited Deposit Protection Scheme.
