The property is ideally situated for supermarkets, local amenities, leisure facilities, hospitals etc and is in close proximity to local public transport routes giving access to Birmingham City Centre (6 miles) and Solihull Town Centre (2 miles). The M42, which is 4 miles away, provides links to other major transport routes, the NEC and Birmingham Airport. Unfortunately the driveway is not large enough to accommodate two vehicles so only street parking is available. The property benefits from a large secluded well maintained rear garden which is an ideal sun trap during summer months if that's your thing.
