About Me: great house, great area, great housemate (if i do say so myself)
Flatmate Situation:
Hi
Im looking for someone to rent a furninshed double room in a brand new house. It is situated in a nice little square on a new build estate close to the city centre (walking distance 25 minutes, drive 5 - 10 minutes)
I appreciate that the pics are a little barren at the moment, but ive only just moved in and im slowly but surely making it a bit more homely :) I am a bit of a gadget fan and have a huge tv etc
Utility bills and council tax will be included in the rent.
Broad band, telephone and tv are to be worked out (As im open about what kind of packages to go for etc). There are two allocated parking spaces and plenty of visitor parking around.
The double room is of good size and I can provide it furninshed or unfurnished. There is a washer dryer, fridge freezer etc for use.
About Me:
Im a 29 year old male graduate professional, friendly, sociable, neat and tidy. I have just moved to Birmingham. I work shifts so a lot of the time you would have evenings and weekends to yourself however when i am around I am more then happy to put the world to rights over a drink whether at home or in the pub. Im am quite a fan of going out and doing 'stuff' (I want to learn snowboarding next). It is important to me that I get on with any potential housemate.
Anyway hope to hear from you soon :)
