Flatmate Situation: Lovely double room available in fantastic Edgbaston house. Ideal for young professional/postgrad (or similar) aged between 21-30, sharing with 4 professional boys. Well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, two fridges/freezers etc), washing machines, bathrooms, Sky TV, sitting room, garden with barbeque. Opposite park, near reservoir, quiet neighbourhood, garden, many local shops and easy access to central Birmingham and Harborne. Rent 350 pounds pcm, includes all bills, cleaner, broadband wi-fi. Flatmate Situation: The Area Our house is amazing! It’s right next to Harborne High Street which has lots of shops, restaurants and pubs! It’s not far from the city centre either. It doesn’t take long at all to get there! Buses go there from the High Street. The outer circle bus stop isn’t far either. There is parking on the street if you drive. It’s a really nice and safe area to live in! The House Our house is big. It has a lovely lounge. We have cable TV, stereo, DVD player etc. The kitchen is fantastic. We have an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher (thank goodness!) washer/dryer and a fridge freezer. It has a dining table too. There are patio doors in the kitchen that lead to a large garden with a table/chairs, lawn and patio. We have a downstairs loo and the bathroom upstairs has just been upgraded. There is a large shower, toilet and bath. There is a study/spare room for any guests that stay over. We also have a cellar in case you need to store anything. Your bedroom is one of the attic rooms. It has in it a wardrobe, double bed, shelves, a storage table and a bed-side cabinet. Us and You! We are 3 females who are all professional workers. We are easy to live with and get along really well. We are looking for someone not just to live in our house but to be good friends and socialise with too! We like socialising i.e. pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinema, movies/eating in etc but are also respectful of our quiet times too. Flatmate Situation: £85 per week rent will including gas, water and electricity bills, so you wont have to worry about how much the bills going to be at the end of the month. TV licence and Internet charge will be divided between all housemates so wont be much and you wont need to get individual TV licences etc. The large bedrooms will come with double beds, desk and wardrobe. The whole house has been newly decorated and furnished, so everything in the house will be brand new for my new housemates!!! The house is in the perfect location, it is about 10/15mins walking distance or 3 min drive from BCU and 5mins walk to the bus stop which goes directly to the city centre and one stop is also near by. If you have a car there is secure parking space behind the house which has a large metal gate which only people with keys have access to.
