Flatmate Situation:
£85 per week rent will including gas, water and electricity bills, so you wont have to worry about how much the bills going to be at the end of the month. TV licence and Internet charge will be divided between all housemates so wont be much and you wont need to get individual TV licences etc.
The large bedrooms will come with double beds, desk and wardrobe. The whole house has been newly decorated and furnished, so everything in the house will be brand new for my new housemates!!!
The house is in the perfect location, it is about 10/15mins walking distance or 3 min drive from BCU and 5mins walk to the bus stop which goes directly to the city centre and one stop is also near by. If you have a car there is secure parking space behind the house which has a large metal gate which only people with keys have access to.
Now a bit about myself, am 19 studying law at bcu and going onto my second year in sept.

Flatmate Situation:
Single room in modernly furnished, spacious flat at Liberty living accomodation The Beeches in Edgbaston. The Beeches is situated in a central position five minute walk from Five Ways Station, from here the City centre and the university of birmingham are a 5 minute train journey. The Beeches is in a friendly, safe residential area and consists of around 50 flats. The Bedroom has a large built in desk, large shelves, 6 drawers, wardrobe, mirror, window and black out curtains, under the bed storage and plenty of other storage space. The flat's large living and kitchen area, bathroom and shower room (these are separate) are shared between five people. There is plenty of kitchen storage space each on average; 2 large cupboards, a drawer, shelf and door space in fridge, shelf and a half in freezer. The living area has 2 extremely comfy sofas and coffee table; plenty of space to socialise comfortably. The kitchen also incorporates a large breakfast bar which acts as a dining table/ cooking preparation area. The other 4 flat mates are lovely, friendly, clean and sociable girls studying at the University of Birmingham.
