Flatmate Situation: I'm a student at university college Birmingham and have just bought a house with my boyfriend. It is being re-renovated over summer, so everything will be brand new. It is a 3 double bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen diner with patio doors leading out onto a patio and rear garden. In the residential area of Selly Oak, parking is available it is 10-15 minute walk to Selly Oak centre with train and bus stations, Sainsburies, and a retail park. Also local shops round the corner from the house. Rent does not include gas, electric and your own contens insurance. It does include a furnished bedroom with carpet, curtains, bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It also includes tv licence, wireless internet and either freeview or freesat in the communal areas.

About Me: Sunny Bearwood Houseshare

Flatmate Situation: A lovely double bedroom room in friendly Victorian villa house in Bearwood. The room is already furnished with awardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers. There are in built cupboards as well and you get a fantastic view of the garden. You will get another room as well that can be used as a study/ spare room or a walk in wardrobe. The house is very spacious with comfy lounge with a real log fire, a downstairs study( in the middle of being decorated) and a big diner/kitchen and not forgetting a sunny(when it does come out its a sun trap) well kept garden with a patio ready for the bbqs and grass ready for the lazy sun afternoon sunbathing! My housemate has just moved out to live with her boyfriend and I want to keep hold of the house as it's quite quirky and lovely, plus you won't find nicer landlords who actually come and do the gardening! The house is a 3 minute walk to the many parks and woods, a few minutes from the pubs and the highstreet has the important shops ( Boots, Somerfield and banks.. etc) as well as direct bus routes into town. I'm quite laid back and easy going even though I am a teacher! I do have a busy social life but do enjoy the odd dinner party, games night or dvd night in.
