Hi my name is Clare and i'm looking for someone to share my house with. I'm a pretty easy going person who works a normal 9-5. I do smoke but only when I drink so not a regular smoker. I have two cats who are house trained and who are very friendly so looking for an animal lover. The house is a large victorian end terrace situated in Stirchley in Birmingham. The room has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of draws. Ideally looking for around £100 per week inclusive of bills (not phone) (which amounts to £430 per month). There is an option to take the front room as your own living space also if you wanted to (included in the rent I am asking for above). Flatmate Situation:
I am living in the property and want to rent out my spare room. There is a double bed already in the room,you would just need a wardrobe.I have off road parking for 2 cars and a fairly large rear garden. The area is quiet, with lots of facilities nearby. Im 10 mins from the M42 (junction 2), and am on the main bus route into the city centre.
