GREAT sized double bedroom and flatshare with one other male occupent, room is furnished with double bed and large wardrobe. Flat has all basic amenities, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, t.v etc This flat is in a great location if you need easy access to the city centre, situated opposite broadway plaza at the top of broad street. 15 minute walk to the city centre and all bus/train lines. Rent is inclusive of all bills and a deposit of one months rent is required in advance. The security is great with key fob entrance and flat is on the 6th floor with great views across the city!

27 year old female seeks a nice person to flat share with, I have 1 room free in a rented 2 bed flat. My current flat mate is moving out after spending a year here, she has a new job so needs to relocate.

Hey, my name is Hannah. I'm 24 year old professional working in retail. The room I have is a double en suite in a spacious apartment located right in the city centre of Birmingham (Opposite the Town Hall). I am friendly, outgoing and have a good sense of humour and am also tidy, which helps too!! I like to go out and socialise, but am also more than happy to stay in and chill out in front of the tv with a take away and a drink!
