Flatmate Situation: Hi im a 30 year old female living in Moseley village,which is 2 miles from the city centre. Moseley is very bohemian full of pubs and restaurants. I am currently living in a two bedroomed 1st floor maisonette 2mins walk from Moseley village. My flat mate is moving out on 07.03.10 due to family reasons,but I will have a double room available,which is fully furnished with a bed,wardrobe and chest of drawers. Most of the place is fully furnished and there is also a garden at the rear of the property that is nice to use in the Summer to sun bath and have barbeques. I am a smoker but I only tend to smoke in my bedroom and Im trying to give up. About Me: Large Room for Postgrad/Proffesional in Selly Oak

Flatmate Situation: Hi, We are looking for someone to rent a double room in Selly Oak for any length of time between April and December 2010. It's fully furnished but we are looking to replace a temporary wardrobe with a permanent one. We are two people in a detached 3-bedroom house in Selly Oak. Fantastic location just a few minutes from Selly Oak station and Sainsburys making for easy access to city-centre and 15 minutes from the University campus. We are one male PhD student and one male secondary school teacher. Water, Gas, Electric, Landline Phone and Wireless Unlimited Broadband all included in the price. Socially it's quite relaxed - lots of films and TV shows or football you could watch (I intend to watch every World Cup match this summer but other than that we aren't huge Telly addicts). There's a garage for storage and a nice garden.
