Flatmate Situation: We are two students at birmingham university looking for a 3rd person to share a house with come september 2009. We originally had a 3rd person to live with us, but she is now moving to another university next year to continue her studies, this unfortunately leaves us with a spare room. The rooms are large, spacious and all have double beds, the whole house is newly refurbished with new carpets and wallpaper and new furniture, It is totally worth its rent.
