Flatmate Situation: Hi, I've got a room in a really nice mixed house available from July 2009 onwards until June 2010 (which is ust when you need it!!) Its a five person house, over three floors with three bathrooms. 475 Harborne Park Road, B17 0PS, which is on the harborne/selly oak border! It is literally only 6-8mins walk from university station and the med school from where you can get to New Street and town centre extremely quickly. Its a really nice house and there are lots of pictures at www.birminghamstudenthouse.co.uk. The landlords have all their houses on this site but our actual lounge is the one on the 360' view on the website. The house has all the usuals; oven, microwave, washingmachine, tumbledryer, two fridges, a freezer, tv, wireless internet and a BIG corner leather sofa which is great for lounging on! The rent is 315 per month and it is on a sole tenancy agreement which means you and not the group are liable for your own rent. So if someone ran off and didn't pay the landlord would not come after you they would have to get it from the actual person! But i'm not expecting anyone to run off! Flatmate Situation: 27 year old female seeks a nice person to flat share with, I have 1 room free in a rented 2 bed flat.
