About Me: Luxary Loft Style Apartment located in the Jewellery Quarter

Flatmate Situation: First and foremost the rent stated also includes the council tax. The bills can vary as obviously winter is more expensive as you have the heating on. It is billed in quarters and I have averaged out the price in order to determine the rate stated. The Flat..... The apartment set on the 3rd floor of a 4 story factory conversion comes fully furnished to a high standard including a Pool table and a 50" flat screen TV in the living area. It is large and open plan with extremely high ceilings. Large kitchen area complete with all white goods and includes a washer dryer and a dishwasher. The dining area has a large 6 seat glass dining table. The bedroom comes complete with a double bed, wardrobes and a desk. There are 2 bedrooms a master and an en-suite. I am a 23-year-old professional that works in the centre of Birmingham as a recruitment consultant. I try to work hard in the week, keep fit attending the gym on a regular basis, eat healthy etc... At the weekends it is my time so I enjoy a very social lifestyle. I love clubbing especially into house music and I am also....... (Well I try to be) an amateur DJ so the flat comes with Decks obviously!! I am partial to having the odd party although this is not all weekend (although occasionally) every weekend. As much as I love a party I am a very clean and tidy person and I am very house proud (although lazy as I have a cleaner!!) I am well travelled and have done a number of summer seasons abroad in my younger days, as well as backpacking around Asia. Ibiza is officially my favourite place in the world!! Basically I am looking for someone who has similar interests to myself, male/female, gay/strait no preference really as long as you know how to enjoy yourself enjoy a balanced lifestyle and can always pay the rent on time. I have a couple of friends that would like to move in however I thought I would give this a go as I am keen to meet new like minded people!!

Flatmate Situation: hi, i'm currently living in a nice flatshare i unforunately have to leave for personal reasons. the flatshare in a terraced house acocks green. the people ( 1 guy, 5 girls, all professionals) are really nice. it's not allowed to smoke in the house but you can do it in the backyard if you smoke. the single room is newely painted & furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelves, bedtable, desk)60pw all bills inclusive, huge kitchen, washing maschine, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, backyard garden, parking in the front. stuff like ironing-board and vacuum cleaner are here, you would only have to bring bedding and crockery (there´s a shop about 3 min walk away where you can buy everything at very cheap prices) the area is nice and quiet, there are various shops (housewares, food, electronics, bars, restaurants) and several bus/train stations nearby.
