Flatmate Situation: Due to me losing my job, I need to rent my spacious double room asap! The house is large with 5 bedroom (only 4 occupied including mine) 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, and garden with off-road parking. Its situated in Selly Park on Pershore Rd, with great transport links (5 mins to city center). The tennants are all students (1x female 2 x male) they're all laid back and in their final year of Uni, so are studying hard, but very sociable. The bills are split between all tennants, but I have paid the T.V licence and water bill for the year which im happy to waiver, and paid for the bills for this quarter so far ( both electricty and gas; which where really cheap). If your a professional you will need to pay a quarter of the council tax for the house, as students are not required to, I have been paying it so far and it equates to £5 or so a week.
