About Me: A bright shiny new flatmate required

Flatmate Situation: Do you need a room? We have one if you would like.It's a comfortable double in a delightful Victorian terrace within walking distance of the Kings Heath High Street. It comes with double bed and wardrobe, and is decorated in neutral colours. The house itself consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with separate dining area and a shared bathroom. We think it’s a real gem. You will be sharing with three girls, Sarah, Carla and Lizzie and our affable kitten Jean-Claude. We are ‘young professionals’ in our mid-twenties, friendly, easy-going and very much enjoy communal living. The rent is £200 a month not including bills.

Flatmate Situation: Double sized room to let in friendly house, (fully furnished and equiped) in Rubery (SW Bham) The room has cental heating, is cozy and has a single bed and a double bed/setee, TV, DVD and cable box. House is kept clean and tidy and has a large beautiful garden where we regularly have barbecues or just sit having a beer. Birmingham city centre is about 20 minutes by direct bus via Bristol Road. Easy access to Bham Uni, Bournville College etc. Buses also to Bromsgrove , Solihull etc. Excelent motorway access. Safe parking on the drive. For people who like the countryside, the Lickey Hills are only a 5 minute walk away. http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/lickeyhills.bcc This has to be the nicest area in Birmingham, as the city centre is only 20 minutes by bus, yet it is situated near to beautiful countryside. You would be sharing the house with 2 males and 1 female. Please only calm friendly, chilled people, as we are all good friends in the house and respect each others space and belongings. Bills £15 pw. Wi fi access Virgin Digital TV Cable Box with main chanells inluding Setanta Sports, Free Phone calls. 20 Mb WiFi Broadband. Plus access to shared 1Tb hard drive, with hundreds of Movies, music etc. available for an extra £5 per week.
