Flatmate Situation: Furnished room available to let from beginning of July in shared house - Erdington - 360 pm to include all bills except food. Hi Im Nikki, Im a chilled 35 year old landscape gardener living in Erdington with my friendly Chocolate Labrador Bob Marley. Following the recent engagement and therefore departure of my old tenant, I find myself with an empty, good sized, furnished room to let. My home is equipped with all modern amenities including, Sky Plus, wireless broadband, dishwasher, microwave and range cooker. I have just had an extension built which has provided me with a spacious & modern kitchen/diner which looks out on to my landscaped garden. My garden is my pride & joy, boasting a good sized patio, 2 water features a pergola & a summer beach shack. I dont party as much these days, but do have friends & family round occasionally for a catch up, a bottle of wine and the odd birthday party or summer BBQ. At the same time I do like my quiet times and respect other peoples too. I am a smoker, so I dont mind if you do. Close to Bus/Rail links into the city and surrounding areas, my house is situated in a quiet road in Erdington. I can also provide off road parking for 2 cars (mine plus 1 extra if required) The rent is £400 per month or £100 per week and I will require this plus £400 as a deposit upon moving in.
