About Me: Large double room in 3 bed house

Flatmate Situation: Recently moved into my own three bed house in Rubery. I work hard during the week so I always look forward to the weekend where I can go out and have some fun, equally though i can often be found chilling on the sofa with a dvd and a bottle of wine (or two) just to wind down. Currently I am in the midst of decorating so theres various tools here and there at times, so anyone here would have to be ok with that. I'm easy going and relaxed. There is also off road parking and a garage for stoarage of anything you want. The room is a Large Double with fully fitted wardrobes, desk, tv stand and double bed (bring your own if you want though). I can be got hold of thanks good old B Gates, its a uk address so just change the dots to what it shoud be ie iodus_20 at ....... .. .. obviosuly taking out the spaces and putting dots in :) Also good access to M5, M40, M42 and M6 :)
