Flatmate Situation: I am a female student about to go into 3rd year. I have 2 bedrooms to rent in a lovely house with a nice garden. The house is 10 mins walk from Bham Uni main campus, very close to train station, bus stops, local shops, gym and pool, and many other amenities. The house has double glazing, gas central heating and high speed wireless Internet as well as a kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a large rear garden. Although not obsessive I like to keep the house relatively clean so if you’re scared of mouldy student kitchens this may be the place for you, on the other hand if you don’t appreciate basic hygiene we may not get on.
