Semi-detached house in a quiet cul de sac. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, study and garage. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The room is a single and is furnished. There is a lovely good sized garden.

5mins drive to Cannock
5mins to Penkridge
15mins to Stafford,
20mins to Lichfield and Walsall

About Me
I am a friendly person and would love to live with someone who has similar interests. I have 2 cats so the person would have to be an animal lover. I work in Lichfield 8.30 -5 and mainly socialise on the weekends.
I currently have a roommate who has been living here for 12months. She is leaving the area as she has a new job so the room will not be ready until she leaves at the end of July. My roommate and I have become really good friends and it would be great if that could happen again.
