| Flatmate Situation: Lovely large room in a a very large (2,500 sft)victorian village house with big rooms and high ceilings. Share with me, my partner Steve and labs willow and flash. Two big reception rooms + eat in kitchen. Smoking usually outside, but inside / conservatory when its cold & wet.
House is in Chipping Warden between Daventry and Banbury on the A361. Pretty village with two pubs. We have two sitting rooms, one has a big TV on the wall & sky... the other is more sociable and has an open fire. House is very well equipped, wash dryer, dishwasher etc & we have wifi broadband and sky. Potentially two rooms to let, one has a balcony (ideal for smokers in the summer) and the other is very large.. 21ft *14ft
