About Me: Looking for room to rent

Flatmate Situation: I am relocating for work and need to let my lovely double room. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, a sofa and a TV/DVD player. It is next door to a bathroom which nobody uses so it would almost be ensuite! There is a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasger, tumble dryer, washing machine and 3 fridge freezers (plenty of room for your stuff!). The lounge has Sky TV, and there is also a seperate dining room and a large garden with a BBQ for the summer. You would be shari9ng with 2 easy going friendly housemates. There is a cleaner who comes once a week and toilet paper and washing up liquid is provided free!

About Me: New Build Flat for Rent

Flatmate Situation: 10-15mins walk from town centre and train station. Secure Bicycle store, communal storage available. All amenities shared, you will have your own bathroom with bath, but shared shower in my bathroom. Wireless Broadband. I am friendly, easy going and a tidy person. I spend approx. 50% of my time at the flat and 50% of the time at my boyfriends house, so you will have time to yourself.

About Me: Two all inclusive rooms to rent in modern home in Bilton, Rugby

Flatmate Situation: My boyfriend and I have our own 3 bed semi in a quite cul de sac in Bilton, Rugby. We are looking to rent out the 2 spare rooms on an all inclusive basis. We are charging £325pcm (double room) and £220pcm (single room) inc of bills (inc cable TV) (except telephone which we want for our sole use). When you move in we will require the equivilant of two months rent and request just a months notice when you wish to leave (and we will do the same). So you will always be 2 months ahead, this just covers us if your leave without notice. We don't mind smokers (preferably not chain smokers) and request that you do not smoke upstairs. Double room has it's own Virgin TV. Both rooms have hanging space (rail in single, large wardrobe in double), chest of drawers and a bed. They are also centrally heated. There is an upstairs bathroom with full bath and electric shower over. There is also a downstairs loo, so no waiting for people to come out of the shower when your busting :-). There is a large fully equipt kitchen with washing machine, drier, microwave, fridge freezer etc. You are welcome to use these and all the plates etc. We just ask that you use your own food and clear up after yourselves. We have a computer with braodband and you are welcome to use it when we are not using it, as we do have some work to do on it. The lounge/diner is fairly big with a gas fire and leather sofas and you are welcome to use this, but we just request that we watch what we want on the TV and that you respect our privacy from time to time as we have no TV in our room and there isn't too much space in our bedroom for us to hangout. We have a small garden and maybe able to find a secure place to put a bike, should you need it. There is room to park on the street and IF there is space from time to time, you can park on the drive when available. We both work full time and are 35 and 27. We have a good sense of humour, are honest and friendly. We like to go out to the the pub or up town occasionally in the week and on a Fri or Sat and like to let our hair down, but we are not mad party animals (anymore:-). We are looking for similar people to share our home. We will respect your privacy and not enter your room without permission and will not touch your personal belonging (such as food and toiletries), will try hard not to wake you if we come home late, or when we go to work and expect you to do the same...just common courtesy stuff really, definatley not strict stuff like curfews etc :-) Please contact us to discuss or to pop round to meet us and have a look around.
