Couple of bars downstairs along with take aways and Tescos. Solihull 10 mins away, Birmingham 25 mins, great access for park and ride train stations. Looking for someone who likes a laugh and a drink. Outside smoking is ok. There are 3 types of rooms to rent. A large newly converted loft room with original beams. A double bedroom, and a normal size room. There is an open plan kitchen dinner, which looks out onto the garden. The living area has TV, DVD and surround sound. Close to the house, there is a spar, take aways and a hairdresser. The bus stop to the airport, city centre and solihull is outside the door.
