Flatmate Situation: I'm looking for someone to share my home. I live in a lovely house on a reasonably quiet road close to Priory Park in Dudley. I am a five minute drive from the College and Town Centre. I am offering the large back bedroom that overlooks the garden and also the small box room that can be converted into a mini living room. The back bedroom contains a double bed and two triple wardrobes. The box room contains a large scoop bowl chair and a lcd 26inch television.

Flatmate Situation: Rooms available within a completley refurbished house. The property is just 5 minutes walk off Dudley town centre with good transport links to Birmingham, Briely Hill, Merry Hill & Wolverhampton. All rooms are a large double size and we have a en-suite room and a self contained studio avilable as well. All rents include gas, electric, council tax and water leaving you just one easy credit crunch busting bill to pay.

About Me: 5 mins walk from Dudley Town

Flatmate Situation: Updated 5th Jan 08 Furnished 2 months minimum stay. 1 room available (singles, could squeeze a 3/4 bed), The room is up for £235 pcm Keeping this house as all female so no men to apply thanks. Cable TV with large LCD TV and Computer in living room for all to use aswell as wireless access if you have your own setup. All new white goods (well silver really) in the kitchen. Plenty of space for all of your stuff! Property is close to Dudley Town so shops, buses, Dudley College all short walking distance, Very quiet street... The only thing to wake you up at around 8am on a Monday is the garbage truck. If you enjoy a pint and a catfight then you're not welcome however if it were to happen then Russells Hall Hospital is just a 5 minute Ambulance drive away! You can have Cable TV in your own room too for the extra standard rental as per Cables charges. All the little things also included are Tea, Coffee, sugar, cleaning materials etc so NO NEED TO SQUABBLE over who's had the last sheet of loo roll!!! Occupants are all professionals. Parking is in the road however it is a cul-de-sac so not too bad! --------------------------- Someone to respect the hard work that's gone into the place... looking for a mixed bunch. Not TOO loud as I do have neighbours but you can have fairly good fun as the walls are quite thick! Also needs to respect others living in the property.
