It's an end terrace, with a large garden, two garages and some off road parking. It has a bathroom and a second toilet, a utility room with washer and drier, and a recently refurbished kitchen (with dishwasher), and a nice living room. There is also a study/computer room upstairs! There are two rooms available (one upstairs, one downstairs), both good sizes, and you have the choice of either a single or double bed, depending on how much more room you want! The rent is £50 a week without bills - or it'll be around £60 a week with bills. The renting period will be from the 1st of September, until the end of June - but is available before or after if required! Currently, there will be two people living there. We're both students at the University of Hull and will be entering our second year. I'm called Dom, I'm 20 and I study 20th Century History and I don't smoke. The other one, is my mate Tom - he's 19 studies Politics and does smoke, but outside! We're both pretty similar, in the fact that - we're reasonably quiet and tidy - and we respect other peoples space.
