Notes: My name is David, I have a 3 bedroom terraced house in scarborough that I live in but would like to have a house mate to share it with. I work in Scarborough at the fire station. I am on Blue watch so I am not always at home on a night as i work some night shifts so the house is perfect for someone who wants a bit of peace and quiet during the week. I enjoy cooking and relaxing and driving as well as many other activities. I generally feel that I am an easy to get on with and as far as I know i do not have any annoying habits. All I ask is that the house is kept relatively tidy and clean. I hope to have a fancy new bathroom installed sooner rather than later, the kitchen is new and I've just finished decorating my living room. The room for rent is clean and tidy, if there is anything needing done to it I am more than happy to try and accomodate and requirements that are reasonable. My house is about 5 minutes from the town centre but not actually in the centre, it is close to the shops and bars etc, you can see the sea from the top floor rear bebroom and the property is not over looked by anyother houses.
