Notes: I have one room available in my ground floor apartment in St. Helens. I am moving to London to work for an airline so the place is available immediately. One room is already taken, with one still available. The other girl renting it has not decided if she wants the single or double room yet so i'm not sure which is available - Both are good sizes though!! It is fully furnished throughout to a very high standard. I wasn't planning on leaving it so soon, so it isn't full of rental furniture, it's all really beautiful stuff. Amazing sofa, big LCD flat screen TV, fitted wardobes etc. & the whole place is extremely clean. Allocated parking space right outside the front door with plenty of extra spaces for visitor parking! Very close to numerous retail parks & supermarkets. Great commuter links - Only 1min drive from the train station, which will get you to Liverpool in 25mins, Manchester in 35mins & Warrington in 20 mins. Less than 5mins from Junction 7 of the M62 motorway! Bus stop also very close by. The apartment is non-smoking.
