Notes: I'm 25, born in Oxford and lived in Bicester most of my life. I work in IT and have recently moved to Witney to be closer to work. I'm fairly laid back, got a good sense of humour and can get on with anyone. Most of my friends are in Bicester and Banbury so when I'm not at work or on the PC, I'm over there. The bungalow is in the middle of a row of 6 houses next to the River Windrush, about a half mile off the Crawley road so there is beautiful surrounds and apart from the odd plane heading in or out of Brize Norton, there’s plenty of peace and quiet. The whole house has been recently refurbished to a fairly high standard. The kitchen has a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and electric hob and oven. The available double bedroom comes part furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress and has fitted units along two walls so plenty of storage. Lads, be warned, the decor is a tad girly but it’s a decent room other than that. The council tax band is C, heating is electric, wired or wireless broadband is available and there’s freeview in the living room. No Sky sadly but I’m aloud to put a dish up. Not sure about the costs of all of the bills yet but we would be responsible for everything so I would be looking to split the ones you use 50/50. I’m told pets are not allowed but if you’ve got one that lives in a tank or the garden, it would probably be allowed. There’s a pub, a few shops and petrol station within a couple of miles of the house and town centre is only a couple of minutes away by car.
