Notes: The room to let is a large back bedroom, part furnished, located in a large Victorian terrace just 5 minutes walk from Ilkley train station. The area is very quite with safe roadside parking. As well as the bedroom there is a smaller dressing room/office which is included in the rent. The house itself has a large rear bedroom (to let), a small office (included) and a front bedroom (my room) also on the first floor is the shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. The house also has a small cellar. There is a garden to the front and quite a large south facing garden to the rear (this is currently being renovated). I have a number of photos of the property which I can email. I live in the property alone at the moment but have shared with people ever since I moved in 5 years ago. I run my own web design company, which is based at the Faversham in Leeds and I tend to work there most of the time but I do sometimes work from home.
