Notes: Three young professionals (2 guys and a girl) are looking to rent out the fourth bedroom in a large jointly owned house in Billericay. We are all long term friends who are very social and out going. The house is walking distance to high street (2 mins) and main line train station to Liverpool Street (15 mins). The room fits a double bed, wardrobe, plenty of space for a desk and set of drawers. Room is downstairs at the front of the house and has two large windows. There is space for off and also on street parking. Room currently unfurnished, can be furnished if required (£420 pcm)
