Notes: Fun easy going person wanted. Property is in Sydenham ( Postcode is not being accepted ) As friends, Kirsten and I bought our house in Feb 07 and have spent a year decorating and refurbishing it. All three bedrooms, living room and hallways have been renovated and painted with new carpets and flooring throughout. The living room is fantastic and comfy. The spare room is a nice sized, furnished (and recently painted and recarpeted) double room. For travel and amenities we're well situated. 10 min walk from Sydenham station and then 15 mins from London Bridge from there. We do have a garden and thats what I'm about to start working on so any keen gardeners out there? I'm certainly not, but it needs some work. We are both busy professionals but we can play hard too (on occasion!) I work for a bank and Kirst is a journalist. We're both very easy going, good humoured people who are very easy to get on with.
