Notes: I have just been let down by someone who I was going to rent with and have already put the deposit down for the place. The place is victorian build and is 3mins from town centre, 2mins from the train station. The place is large and has two reception rooms hence we can both have our own living room if need be. I am a proffesional who has a son half the time and he would occupy the 3rd bedroom (but dont worry! he is only there half the time...its complicated but am more than happy to explain!)
