The buses are every 4mins (Number 22 and 16) and take 10-15mins to get to Princes Street. The stops are 25m from the flat. The flat is a top floor whisky warehouse conversion with a very large double bed ensuite for rent. There is a lift in the flat and also free parking just outside. The flat has an extremely friendly atmosphere and my last two female flatmates were really happy living there. The last one you can meet is moving down the corridor to live with her boyfriend. I am a 24 year old male working professional investment banker, 2005 St Andrews Uni graduate from Aberdeen and I live with my long term girlfriend. She is from Edinburgh and went to St Andrews as well and works in property. She is half Japanese The room has a very large double bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room wc etc. It comes with a desk, side table and chest of drawers and lamp and I can get anything else you need. The flat has wireless broadband, flat screen tv with freeview, dvd player and cd hi fi etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils etc. £450 per month includes absolutely everything (council tax, electricity, heating, factoring, tv etc etc).
