The double-sized room is at the back of the property and is the warmest room in the flat, getting sunshine in the late afternoon and early evenings. Room contains fitted wardrobe and cupboard space and also a (non-working) period fireplace. There is however a working real fireplace in the front room. The flat itself is spacious and well-decorated. It is mostly furnished throughout (with my own stuff) but you might need to provide your own bed. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric fan oven. Central heating throughout and constant hot water through a combi boiler. It has a well-kept front garden and large back yard. There is space round the side of the property that could be used for a car, if needed. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. I am a 28 year old journalist. I work in the City 9-5 Monday to Friday. I am into music, books, movies, going out, pubs, clubs, etc. I send weekday evenings in mostly and go out at the weekend. I am fairly quiet and generally tidy though I'd say I am easy to get along with. |
