Notes: About me: American post-grad student seeking 1 or 2 housemates. I am a mature PhD student at Uni of Sunderland, so I will work from home quite a bit on my dissertation. Am seeking likeminded responsible and courteous housemates who will be respectful of other housemates' privacy as well as their need to study and work (i.e. who won't play radio or TV too loud or throw wild parties!) I am very friendly & love a good party, but not at the expense of my neighbors or housemates. I'd rather go out to do that. ;-) However I do enjoy a good cocktail or glass of wine in the evenings on my patio so I'm not entirely void of fun. :-) About the property: Spacious light and bright houseshare (new build, 2 story) less than 5 mins walk from metro and bus links, city centre, main campus of Uni of Sunderland, and Chester Road shops. Quiet cul-de-sac screet surrounded by families. House has two gardens front and back plus paved stone patio for lounging, & off-street parking. Amenities include wireless inter central gas/electric heating, phone, and a power shower. Bills/utilities are not included in the price of rent.
