Notes: Hi - I am looking for a flatmate for a lovely cozy room in a friendly flat in Paignton. The bedroom is a good size double room with a build in wardrobe, double bed, desk and TV. Although any furniture can be removed if you want unfurnished. The room has a lovely sea view towards Paignton seafront. The flat is ideally located as it's just up the hill from Winner Street in Paignton (you need to be fit mind it's a steep hill!!). There is parking on the street outside. It's not a huge flat but it is cozy and relaxed. We have a kitchen, lounge (with sofas, dining table, TV, freeview and DVD) and a shower room to share. I am a very friendly, outgoing person who likes socialising, surfing, sea swimming, snorkelling and walking on the moors. So you'll need to be OK about the surf board on the stairs! I'm very sociable and love kids - so you are welcome to have family and friends to stay that's no problem. I will be!! I'm looking for someone who is sociable as well and is just as happy sharing the occasional meal together as chilling out alone after a hard day. My only big no no is smoking sorry (I'm a reformed smoker!) If you are any good at DIY - bonus!! As I'm hopeless! The rent is £300 a month (in advance) inclusive of all bills with a month's deposit in advance and references. The room will be available from the start of September. Cheers, Cal
