Notes: i live in a quiet street in chatham 10 mins from train station and town centre, the house is clean and tidy with a well maintained back garden with patio and seating area, the room is fully furnished and has a tv and stereo aswell incase you like to watch tv in bed, there's a nice family pub closeby but you never hear any noise from there, there's also a chinese take away and a chip shop incase you dont feel like cooking, there's a mini mart and post office at the top of the road aswell, the room is available now and rent includes water rates,gas,electric,sky tv and broadband so if your interested contact me, thanks gina i have pets cats and fish, the cats spend most thier time outside but the fish never leave their tank( i think they are scared of the cats ) im pretty laid back and get on with most people and have a gsoh,idealy im looking for a long term housemate but will consider short term depending on how short, im not a clean freak but i dont need the help of those 2 women off the tv either, the house is a home not a showpiece,nor am i a party animal ( done that been there read the book and got the tee shirt lol ) but i do like a good laugh im far from boring, i work shifts so would expect respect to be shown but this dont mean you have to walk around on tip toes or have the tv/stereo on low just as long as the people in the next road cant hear it i'l be happy lol anyway if you think we copuld be housemates get in touch,
