Notes: Double room in 2 bed house in Westcott, 5 mins from Dorking, £450per mth inclusive of bills except telephone. Broadband interaccess is available at an extra cost and freeview TV is set up in the living room. Room has phone point, aerial socket and can be furnished/unfurnished (king size bed, chest of drawers, buro and built in wardrobe). House at base of Surrey hills so if you like mountain biking you're straight off road from the garden. Station is 5min drive, 30min walk away with good links to Guildford and London. Must do their fair share of cleaning but no other house rules. I'm a physio working in Sutton area so out the house early but home early then up the yard for the evening. My partner is also out most of the day. We enjoy biking, socialising and the occasional piss up. No students please. Look forward to hearing from similar.
