Notes: Double room available in a fully furnished Townhouse in Middleton (Barrowfields/Cheapside). It's not far from Middleton town centre, where there is places to shop, a few pubs and a bus station with lots of buses going into the City Centre. The room is chocolate coloured and of good size,and is readily available with a double bed, clothes rail and access points for a television. The house itself has a good size living room with 2 sofas and television. The kitchen is modern with all the standard stuff. There's no allocated parking, so like myself you would have to just park on the street. The £300 a month includes utilities such as gas, electricity, water, tv, and wireless access. There's only one bathroom, but sharing should not be a problem as there will only be two of us. Apart from the standard jargon, i'm a down to earth person, I work full time and wish to progress in my career, and I have evening school once a week and also like to spend a lot of time at the gym.
