This room will be available furnished or unfurnished. There is a new dishwasher,washer/dryer and fridge freezer as well as a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa with 2 additional red swivel chair things they look quite modern, i dont know what the proper name for them is lol. Im 24 and work in birmingham alot but do occasionally work from home, so will have wireless interetc. I would ideally like somebody is clean and tidy but who also likes the odd night out etc. This is my first place that ive bought by myself trying to get away from the parents. If you would like anymore information please let me know, i will have some more photos in a few weeks. The price will be £325 which includes all bills, i will also need a security deposit of £175 which you will be refunded if you leave. |
