The room is the first floor in a 5 bed house (spare room :-) ) It has a single bed, wardrobe etc and large bay windows- very bright and a fireplace feature. The house has many modern facilities inc washer/dryer, plasma TV/DVD, power shower/bath, central heating, wireless interand phone. It was refurbished in Sept 2007 so everything is clean and new. The house also has good sized gardens with private car parking for 2/3 cars. The only reason for leaving is due to relocating to another area for change in University degree- housemates are all very pleasent and tidy :-) |
