Notes: Beautiful newly furnished double room in large Semi Detached Victorian house in wallasey right next to central park, pretty quiet street. The spare room is around 13ft by 12ft. The house has a large kitchen, dining room, lounge, hallways, landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and three outhouse one of which is empty if you need additional storage space. Close to a number of bus stops, and five minutes through the tunnel into town. I'm out most week days very early, have the odd party but very quiet in the week due to the early starts! Two friendly black cats are also in residance! I love pretty much all music, but particulary of the guitar variety, food and giggles.
